Architecture + Design
At B2 Architecture + Design, we believe great spaces tell a story. Every day, we collaborate with clients to help shape the stories they want to tell through built space. With our commitment to great design and world-class service, we help people realize the best version of their vision – because your space should tell your story, not your designer’s.
Our multi-disciplinary team of Architects and architect-trained interior designers has a comprehensive understanding of buildings that allows us to see opportunities beyond inherent limitations given spaces may have. Our deep knowledge of what works both inside and out gives clients a distinct advantage and makes B2 a true partner to the creative consultants with whom we collaborate.

Chloe Guernsey, AIA
Senior Design Lead/Project Architect
After graduating from architecture school at Drexel University, Chloe has spent over 10 years in the architecture and design industries in Philadelphia, Dayton, and Dallas. While honing her skills in design and construction on numerous projects, Chloe has developed a flexible aesthetic and design sensibility allowing her to meet the needs of clients with many different styles of architecture and interiors in mind. Working closely with her clients, Chloe applies the same meticulous standards to ensure that every project is a seamless success. She is as comfortable directing the broad, conceptual vision of a space as she is in the small, thoughtful core details that contribute to an overall refined design. Her aesthetic is at once sophisticated yet sensible and timeless, often using natural elements that lend an organic feel to the atmosphere while employing touches of whimsy that keep the spaces captivating and personal.
Chloe earned her Bachelor of Architecture at Drexel University in Philadelphia through its unique 2+4 Option. Prior to joining B2 in 2012, she worked at: Nalls Architecture (Philadelphia, PA); Pinnacle Architects (Dayton, OH); Matrix Architects (Dayton, OH).
Project Coordinator, Designer
Diana joined B2 after receiving a Master of Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University and interning at multiple design firms in Dallas. She considers element, envelope and environment (product, furniture and building) as the levels of design that create an experience. From broad design concepts to detailed drawings, these three scales work together cohesively through a similar design language to write a story communicated through surroundings. In the office, she is typically found consuming excessive amounts of coffee and perusing Pinterest to spark new ideas. Out of the office, she enjoys crafting, cooking, crosswords and more coffee.
Originally from New York, relocated to Dallas, TX in 2013. Teddy is finishing her last semester at the Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in Fine Art and Interior Design. Before dedicating her creativity to interiors, Teddy spent her summers taking classes at F.I.T. for Fashion Design and Marketing. However, after some time, she discovered that her true passion lay in interior design. While in school at the Art Institute, Teddy worked as a design assistant to residential designer, Tracy Hardenburg. Under her guidance, she sharpened her skill set and developed an even greater love for creating and producing environments for others. When Teddy isn’t at the office, she can be found at the park with her two dogs, road tripping somewhere new, or exploring different subjects/ideas that spark her interest.
